TRM 105: Medical Terminology

Medical Terminology introduces students to the essential language of medicine. Designed for individuals entering healthcare fields, the course focuses on understanding medical terms and documents through their component parts: prefixes, suffixes, root words, and combining forms. Students will learn to build, pronounce, spell, and define a wide range of medical terms related to the human body's systems, common diseases, diagnostic procedures, and therapeutic interventions.
