Governor Glenn Youngkin Taps Turgeon for Labor Board EVCC’s Spa Director Joins State Board

FREDERICKSBURG, VA, August 11, 2025— Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin has appointed Jaime Turgeon, Master Esthetician, Spa Director and Master Esthetics Instructor at Eastern Virginia Career College (EVCC) to the Board for Barbers and Cosmetology under the Department of Professional & Occupational Regulation (DPOR).
