LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSES TRANSFER POLICY

All LPN applicants must complete the LPN to RN HESI Exam per Nursing Program policy (minimum score of 800). They will be awarded up to 2 credit hours for completion. If the student is unsuccessful they may repeat the exam or take NSG 142 Transitional Nursing. No more than two attempts may be submitted per rolling year.
